Dans le présent travail, nous nous proposons de mener une recherche triangulaire qui relie les concepts d'utopie, de démocratie et de manipulation du discours politique, à travers le regard de deux écrivaines. La première, la romancière et poétesse nicaraguayenne GIOCONDA BELLI ; la deuxième, la psychologue et écrivaine vénézuélienne ANA TERESA TORRES.BELLI critique la société contemporaine postmoderne et anachronique. L'utopie dont il est question dans son œuvre comporte deux aspects. Le premier est la lutte politique comme réponse au chaos interne d'un État où règne une forte composante d'autoritarisme et dans lequel les gouvernements des pays forts et développés imposent une économie de libre-marché. Le second aspect concerne la construction possible d'un Autre Monde dans la perspective de l'homme en tant qu'être social sur Terre. Il a fallu approfondir l'analyse de l'œuvre de cette romancière car elle apporte l'acception de l'utopie idéaliste pour la construction d'une société démocratique meilleure où la nature est l'un des piliers centraux, puisque son respect permet une meilleure existence pour l'espèce humaine. Ainsi, BELLI analyse l'utopie comme désir de vie meilleure et comme force motrice du changement. Elle associe l'utopie révolutionnaire et le discours politique en vue d'un rétablissement de la démocratie.Ensuite, notre étude de l'œuvre de TORRES fait la lumière sur les circonstances qui ont provoqué la perte de la démocratie au Venezuela, à savoir, l'origine et l'abus de la manipulation du discours utopique. Dans sa production, elle retrace comment les citoyens ont été piégés dans la spirale infernale des mensonges politiques de leur président Chávez, et comment ils ont été pour la plupart ruinés et complètement abandonnés, tandis qu'une partie de la classe politique dirigeante du pays a continué sur la voie de l'enrichissement. On constate que TORRES fait ressortir l'autre aspect de l'utopie, à savoir l'utopie de la réalité, ou utopie réaliste, qui dépeint ce qui arrivera si l'on se conforme aux des premières constatations qu'elle énonce, affronte et critique et qui se concrétisent malheureusement au bout de vingt longues années.En effet, des sociétés en conflit économique, politique et sociale, ne peuvent pas avancer sereinement sans créer des effets collatéraux entre les trois parties qui se font face : l'État, le Politique et la Société Civile. Cette lutte épuise chacune des branches et fait perdre toute stabilité à l'ensemble, ce qui se répercute sur la population qui est de plus en plus étouffée par des besoins primaires et élémentaires défaillants. C'est ainsi que le populisme naît du désenchantement répétitif et continuel de certaines structures sociales qui s'associent pour sanctionner leurs représentants politiques.Nous nous sommes questionnés dans quelle mesure l'utopie de démocratie socialiste comme forme de gouvernement idéal dans l'imaginaire Nicaraguayen a prospéré jusqu'à nos jours. Car, comme le dénonce BELLI, ce sont les mêmes personnes ayant dirigé le mouvement du FSLN et combattu Somoza, qui se comportent dorénavant comme ledit ex-président, un dirigeant tyrannique et autoritaire, dont on retrouve l'exemple chez Daniel Ortega, l'actuel président du Nicaragua. Au dire de BELLI, le Nicaragua a un populisme qui néglige une partie de la population dans la mesure où la classe moyenne vit opprimée.Conformément à TORRES, le socialisme vénézuélien du XXIème siècle vise à terminer une révolution passée et inachevée et veut concrétiser ce qui n'a pas encore été accompli dans le premier tiers du XIXème siècle. Chávez utilise abusivement non seulement un lexique utopique, mais aussi l'image de Bolívar, père de l'indépendance, en se posant, lui-même, comme celui qui va achever de libérer les vénézuéliens des ennemis extérieurs (Espagne et l'impérialisme nord-américain) qu'il rend coupables de tout, au moment de rendre compte des échecs du socialisme du XXIème siècle.

In the present work, we propose to carry out a triangular research that links the concepts of utopia, democracy and manipulation of political discourse, through the eyes of two writers. The first, the Nicaraguan novelist and poet GIOCONDA BELLI; the second, the Venezuelan psychologist and writer ANA TERESA TORRES.BELLI criticizes the contemporary postmodern and anachronistic society. The utopia in her work has two aspects. The first is the political struggle as a response to the internal chaos of a state with a strong component of authoritarianism and in which the governments of strong and developed countries impose a free-market economy. The second aspect concerns the possible construction of an Other World from the perspective of man as a social being on Earth. It was necessary to deepen the analysis of the work of this novelist because it brings the acceptance of the idealist utopia for the construction of a better democratic society where the nature is one of the central pillars, since its respect allows a better existence for the human species. Thus, BELLI analyzes the utopia as a desire for a better life and as a driving force for change. She combines revolutionary utopia with political discourse for the restoration of democracy.Second, our study of TORRES' work sheds light on the circumstances that caused the loss of democracy in Venezuela, namely, the origin and abuse of the manipulation of utopian discourse. In her production, she traces how the citizens were trapped in the infernal spiral of the political lies of their president Chávez, and how they were mostly ruined and completely abandoned, while a part of the ruling political class of the country continued on the path of enrichment. We can see that TORRES brings out the other aspect of utopia, namely the utopia of reality, or realistic utopia, which depicts what will happen if we comply with the first findings it states, confronts and criticizes and which unfortunately materialize after twenty long years.In fact, societies in economic, political and social conflict cannot move forward serenely without creating collateral effects between the three parties facing each other: the State, Politics and Civil Society. This struggle exhausts each of the branches and causes the whole to lose stability, which has repercussions on the population, which is increasingly suffocated by failing primary and elementary needs. This is how populism is born from the repetitive and continuous disenchantment of certain social structures that join together to sanction their political representatives.We questioned to what extent the utopia of socialist democracy as an ideal form of government in the Nicaraguan imagination has flourished until today. For, as BELLI denounces, the same people who led the FSLN movement and fought against Somoza are now behaving like the said ex-president, a tyrannical and authoritarian leader, exemplified by Daniel Ortega, the current president of Nicaragua. According to BELLI, Nicaragua has a populism that neglects a part of the population, as the middle class lives oppressed.According to TORRES, Venezuelan socialism in the 21st century aims to finish a past and unfinished revolution and wants to achieve what has not yet been accomplished in the first third of the 19th century. Chávez misuses not only a utopian lexicon, but also the image of Bolívar, the father of independence, posing himself as the one who is going to complete the liberation of Venezuelans from external enemies (Spain and North American imperialism), whom he blames for everything, when it comes to accounting for the failures of 21st century socialism.
